Our Fees

In recognition that the process of selling land is, in the majority of cases, a much more straightforward transaction than that of a smallholding or house sale, we believe it to be fairer to charge a flat fee in place of levying a percentage based fee.

The fee will apply to all of the land sales instructions we undertake. (Only available on Sole Selling Rights instructions).

There will be no up-front payment required. Our fee will become due  only on successful completion of sales contracts.
